President, CEO

Beau Value has managed and operated residential, and small commercial construction for decades. A registered Master Builder, and certified BPI Contractor, he is an experienced construction professional and general contractor, and supervises all phases of property damage cleanup and repair for any size project. Beau has put together a team of exceptional professionals who have extensive building skills, and experience with residential construction in snow-country, and mountainous climates, so the Disaster Response team can handle any disaster, home-repair, or remodel. His inspired leadership, and demand for excellence guarantees that Disaster Response delivers prompt, quality work for every job, no matter the size or the challenge.

Beau lives in McCall with his family. They are energetic in the community, and he donates time and support to many charitable projects, especially family-oriented projects. Beau and his family participate in year-round outdoor activities on the water, and in the Idaho back-country—hunting, fishing and boating. They are especially active in winter sports, and his children play on the McCall school district hockey and soccer teams.

Clint Suter brings more than 15 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, customer service and growth solutions to Disaster Response. With a mindset of service and advocacy, Clint excels at building meaningful connections.

Having built from the ground up successful construction divisions for a Fortune 200 company as well as his own successful transportation company, he understands the need to provide excellent service. Clint’s vast business experience helps to ensure that Disaster Response continues to provide excellent service that truly sets us apart.

Clint loves living in the mountains of central Idaho with his children. He is an avid snowboarder and enjoys many of the outdoor activities Idaho has to offer. Clint truly loves his community and looks for ways to give back.

Alyssa Reno

Having been involved in the restoration industry for the last six years, and ten years of accounting experience, Alyssa is a tremendous asset to Disaster Response. Keen financial oversight is essential to Disaster Response maintaining its position as an industry leader. Alyssa brings a deep understanding of accounting principles, task management, office management and many other skills to the team at Disaster Response.

Alyssa was born in Breckenridge Colorado and moved to Boise at a very young age. She attended Timberline High School where she played Lacrosse and ran track. Alyssa loves spending time with her three year old daughter Aspen. She enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding and many other outdoor activities.

Eric is the General Manager in the McCall office and has worked with Beau in the construction industry since 1999. After college, Eric began his career as a framer working in the residential market of the Treasure Valley. In 2002 he started his own company, venturing into the market of custom homes. This brought him not only to Valley County but several other parts of the country. After several years working in and out of Idaho, from the west to east coast, and even one three month trip to the country of Cyprus, Eric was given the opportunity to settle down in Valley County, and now lives in McCall, Idaho.

After graduating from Valley View High School, Eric married his high school sweet heart and immediately started a family. Three boys and three girls later he found his family complete. ” I love my wife and enjoy my time with everyone of those kids. I wouldn’t change it for the world.” Spending most of his spare time with the family camping, fishing, hunting, and riding motorcycles, Eric is grateful to call McCall his home.” ” I am so thankful for the opportunity to work for Disaster Response, and the time it allows me to spend with my family watching them grow.” 

Matt Brodhecker Project Manager, EstimatorMatt Brodhecker

Project Manager, Estimator

Matt serves as a project manager/ estimator for Disaster Response and brings twelve years of construction and carpentry experience to our team. He graduated from McCall – Donnelly High School and soon after started working in construction building custom homes. He has a great passion for fine finish work and log work.

Matt grew up in McCall and has enjoyed living here for the past thirty years. Matt enjoys spending time with his wife Nicole, seven year old son Roby and new daughter Baylie.  ” Our family loves riding dirt bikes, hunting, fishing, camping in the summers and skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling in the winters and couldn’t imagine living any were else”.

Since Matt started working for Beau in 2012 he has been certified in water damage restoration and mold remediation.

Doug brings over 25 years of experience and knowledge in the construction and restoration industry to the team at Disaster Response. Doug has managed multi-million dollar construction projects as well as high loss emergency mitigation jobs. This vast experience has given Doug great ability in managing projects and preparing estimates here at Disaster Response. With several industry-specific certifications and trainings Doug’s knowledge and expertise is unmatched.

Doug has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 36 years! In his spare time he enjoys fishing, hunting, camping and riding motorcycles in the mountains with his family and friends.

Peter has an impressive 15 years’ experience in the restoration/insurance industry. For 10 of those years, he has worked as a project manager and estimator. Peter has a remarkable knowledge of the industry, from sales and marketing to project management Pete has done it all. Peter loves the variety of jobs that comes with this industry and looks forward to assisting you with yours.

Peter is the proud father of two teenage girls and loves to spend time with them. Peter enjoys the outdoors, snowboarding, golf, snowmobiling, kayaking and so much more.

Chaase Tabuso

Chaase brings to Disaster Response over 12 years of skilled experience and professionalism in the restoration and residential construction industry. Prior to joining Disaster Response, Chaase was a successful Finish Carpenter who created and installed intricate pieces of woodwork for custom homes all over the state of Idaho.

Chaase has a passion for working with homeowners and helping them achieve their goal of creating a beautiful home. In 2009 Chaase gained experience in the restoration field starting as a Field Tech and working his way up to Project Manager during his four years working in the restoration industry. His enthusiasm to assist homeowners, eye for detail and knowledge of various property damage situations makes Chaase a great asset to the Disaster Response Team.

Chaase has been a resident of Nampa since 2005 and he is proud to call Idaho his home. He met his wife Alicia in 2008 and in 2013 they welcomed a little boy, Felix. Chaase and his family enjoy spending time camping, hiking, mountain biking, working out in the gym and watching football.

Mike is a consummate professional with over 23 years of restoration industry experience. He holds many professional certifications. Mike had the opportunity to be involved with the hit A&E television show, Hoarders where he used his vast knowledge in transforming people’s homes and lives.  Mike is an avid guitar player and music enthusiast as well as a dedicated family man, spending much of his free time spending time with his children and their activities.
