Beau Value, CEO Beau Value


Beau Value has managed and operated residential, and small commercial construction for decades. A registered Master Builder, and certified BPI Contractor, he is an experienced construction professional and general contractor and supervises all phases of property damage cleanup and repair for any size project. Beau has put together a team of exceptional professionals who have extensive building skills, and experience with residential construction in snow-country, and mountainous climates, so the Disaster Response team can handle any disaster, home-repair, or remodel. His inspired leadership, and demand for excellence guarantees that Disaster Response delivers prompt, quality work for every job, no matter the size of the challenge.

Beau lives in McCall with his family. They are energetic in the community, and he donates time and support to many charitable projects, especially family-oriented projects. Beau and his family participate in year-round outdoor activities on the water, and in the Idaho back-country—hunting, fishing, and boating. They are especially active in winter sports, and his children play on the McCall school district hockey and soccer teams.

Clint Suter, General Manager Clint Suter

Chief Business Officer

Clint Suter brings more than 15 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, customer service and growth solutions to Disaster Response. With a mindset of service and advocacy, Clint excels at building meaningful connections.  Having built from the ground up successful construction divisions for a Fortune 200 company as well as his own successful transportation company, he understands the need to provide excellent service. Clint’s vast business experience helps to ensure that Disaster Response continues to provide excellent service that truly sets us apart.  Clint loves living in the mountains of central Idaho with his children. He is an avid snowboarder and enjoys many of the outdoor activities Idaho has to offer. Clint truly loves his community and looks for ways to give back.


Henry Hitt

Chief Financial Officer

Henry Hitt has over 12 years of experience in finance, logistics, and human resources in diverse companies ranging from multi-national, public, and private companies across multiple industries. Henry focuses on operational and financial efficiencies across the company while continuing to build and support strong relationships with our partners. Henry is originally from the southeast and can be found exploring all the Northwest has to offer with an emphasis on motorcycles, snowboarding, fishing, and playing with his Boxer.

Cassidy Templeton

Operations Manager

Cassidy Templeton has been working in the restoration industry for an impressive seven years. She moved to McCall from Redding, California, and now works for Disaster Response as the Operations Manager. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, we are excited to have Cassidy on our team, using her expertise in accounting, estimating and customer service. Cassidy and her husband Ethan enjoy DIY projects and remodeling, and even converted a school bus into an RV. She also enjoys snowboarding, paddle boarding, and spending time with her two dogs – Otis, an American Bull Dog, and Ellie, a Blue Nose Pit Bull.

Jeff Perkins - Branch Manager Jeff Perkins

Regional Manager

Jeff Perkins has more than 25 years of experience in the residential and commercial property insurance claims industry as an adjuster and catastrophe field manager. He has worked on site and managed field crews in events of fire, flood, hail, tornado, earthquake, and every US landfalling hurricane since 1992.  Jeff is experienced in the restoration side of the industry, and his expert knowledge with industry standard estimating software used by insurance companies and claims best practices makes him a vital asset to the Disaster Response team.
Jeff lives in Nampa, ID. He is also very passionate about working with various local and international Church ministries.

Megan Pickering is a tremendous asset to the Disaster Response Team. Megan’s broad range of skills in graphic design, social media marketing, web analytics, and business administration, coupled with her innate ability to build and foster strong relationships ensures that Disaster Response remains on the cutting edge. Megan graduated from Boise State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing and now lives in Boise, Idaho where she has for the past 5 years. Megan was born in Redding, California, and in her pass time, she loves being outdoors hunting, fishing and golfing.

Amity has over 15 years of administrative experience in a wide variety of industries with a well-refined focus on customer service.  She enjoys spending her free time in the Idaho backcountry with her husband, Mike, and their blue heeler Josey.  Amity is also an avid ice-hockey goaltender who puts her team first both in fun and business.

Breanna Bridgeman has been a leader in the financial management industry for over five years. With her ability to combine financial management and outstanding customer service Breanna brings longevity and growth to Disaster Response. When Breanna is away from work she enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and being outdoors participating in camping, jet skiing, and snowmobiling.

Greg Call

Creative Director

Greg Call has been in the construction industry for over 15 years.  His construction work has consisted of a wide range of disciplines including granite and marble countertops, general carpentry, and finish work.   He has 15+ years of professional photography experience, and in 2016 he graduated from Boise State with a BFA in Graphic Design and Marketing.
Greg is a born-and-raised Idaho boy, that has no intentions of leaving anytime soon due to all the outdoor offerings that Idaho provides.  This is where he spends much of his free time engaging in activities such as snowboarding, mountain biking, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Austin Walsh has been doing carpentry work for the past 20 years becoming highly versatile in many fields of the construction industry. Austin’s strengths in concrete work, excavation, framing, finishing, and custom craftsmanship make him an exceptional asset to Disaster Response. Austin currently lives in McCall, Idaho where he creates custom carpentry log work and spends his time outdoors fishing, hiking, and hunting.

Stephen Williams - Project Manager Stephen Williams

Project Manager

Stephen brings over twenty years of commercial and residential construction experience to the Disaster Response team.  This work has ranged from building custom homes to project management on commercial builds.  Stephen attained his EMT-B certification, then went on to serve in the U.S. Army.  There he had the privilege to learn and attain the expertise to a wide range of skills and experiences that he is grateful for.  Stephen is a family man and enjoys spending time with his family outdoors fishing and hiking.

Jeremy joins the Disaster Response team with a general construction background, and experience in concrete and forklift operation.  He is a hard and competitive worker, always striving to do his best work.  He enjoys the challenges that each new job brings, and the fact that he’s often doing a new task every day.  In his free time he enjoys fishing the rivers in the McCall area and spending time with his family.

Chaase Tabuso has worked in the construction industry for more than 15 years, with an extensive background in carpentry, project management, restoration, and general construction expertise.  Chaase has grown to become a respected leader at Disaster Response.  Holding many certifications such as water restoration, odor control, fire, and smoke restoration, and asbestos abatement Chaase has the knowledge and skillset to handle a large variety of projects.  In his free time, Chaase enjoys mountain biking, riding motorcycles, and enjoying the many outdoor activities that Idaho has to offer.

Justin Justin Spencer

Justin Spencer has been in the restoration industry for the past 10 years and carries certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Odor Control, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Carpet Cleaning, US EPA Lead training, and Trauma and Crime Scene Clean-Up. Justin is a father to two lovely girls and in his free time, he enjoys spending time with his growing family, camping outside, and being active in sports.

Ron Osborne has over 20 years of experience in the restoration industry. Ron has received several certifications throughout his career including IICRC certifications, and currently holds the title of a Master Water Restorer and Master Fire Restorer. Ron was born in Idaho and has spent his childhood years growing up in the LC Valley. Ron is happily married to his wife Tanzy and has been for the last 8 years. Ron’s passions include fly fishing, road biking, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and his 15 grandchildren. Ron brings tremendous value to the Disaster Response Team, and he enjoys the opportunity of helping our clients through the disasters in their lives and getting them back to normal.

Travis Lewis

Lead Mitigation Technician / Carpenter

Travis Lewis has worked for Disaster Response for the last two and a half years and has 14 years of finish carpentry expertise. Travis is a certified water damage restorer and flood technician, with a wife and two boys. In Travis’s free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors. One of Travis’s greatest passions is showcasing his skills in carpentry to create beautiful homes for others. Travis is a skilled tradesman, and we are thankful to have him on the Disaster Response Team.

Mike Mike Mooney

Branch Manager

Mike is a consummate professional with over 23 years of experience in the restoration industry. Mike is a certified AHERA Building Inspector, IICRC WRT, and RRP Renovation expert, with specialization in damage mitigation, textile restoration, and structural repairs. Mike had the opportunity of being involved with the hit A&E television show, Hoarders where he used his vast knowledge and six years of expertise in hoarding to transform people’s lives and homes. Mike is an avid guitar player and music enthusiast. He is a dedicated family man and he enjoys spending much of his free time with his children, playing his guitar, and hanging out in the mountains or down by the river.

Bridgette Gaillot

Office Coordinator

Bridgette has worked in the customer service industry for 20 plus years. She has acquired 10 consecutive years of service in the sales and finance industry, and has excelled in providing post construction hygienic services, residential hygienic services, and has even started her own business. Bridgette’s work ethic and customer-driven mindset make her an excellent resource for clients and a strong asset to the Disaster Response team. Bridgette is a family woman with six children ranging from ages 11 years old to 27. In Bridgette’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband Mike and Playing bingo.

Robert Lane

Project Manager

Robert Lane has worked in the construction industry for over 10 years gaining extensive knowledge in the residential construction industry. Prior to joining the team of Disaster Response, Robert served as a general contractor. Robert holds certifications in water damage restoration, water extraction, and is a certified OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen technician. Robert has been married to his wife Alyssa for 4 years and has 2 lovely boys. Robert greatly enjoys being in the outdoors, and partakes in hunting, camping, and playing golf. You can spot Robert spending his time in the communities of Lewiston, Idaho and Clarkston, Washington. Robert’s joys include spending time with his family, helping others, and being involved in his local church.

Tyler Berzett-project manager

Project Manager

Tyler has been in the construction industry his entire life. He worked alongside his father in the family commercial and residential drywall business growing up. Tyler went on to expanded his knowledge of commercial construction, framing and drywall by working in the commercial industry for 5 years. Before joining the Disaster Response team, Tyler owned and operated a  local drywall company. Tyler has been certified in ??? and looks forward to continuing his education in the restoration industry. Tyler has been married to his wife Tiffanie for 4 years and has two adult children. He spends his free time on the Snake River in Hells Canyon and is also a coastguard certified boat captain. He loves to fish, hunt, and explore the outdoors.

John (Dusty) George

Lead Mitigation Technician

John George is a Structural Water Damage Restorer and OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Technician. John has spent the last three years handling water damage mitigation in Lewiston, ID  and Clarkston, WA where he has fostered strong client relationships and built trust. When John is away from work, he likes going on hikes with his dog Moose, spending time with his wife and two kids, and going kayaking.

Corey Sharp


Corey Sharp has been working in the restoration and mitigation industry for the past 3 years and has over 15 years of drywall installation expertise. Corey is a certified OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen technician and Water Damage Tech. Corey presently lives in Clarkston, Washington with his two girls and enjoys fishing, camping and driving off the paved road in his free time. Corey is a key resource to the Disaster Response Team and remains passionate about the work he performs.
